3. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at sv.leshnik@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
You must return the goods undamaged, in their original quantity and original packaging to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
4. Product Liability & Defects
The seller is liable for material defects under applicable consumer protection law. Consumers may exercise their rights regarding defects within 2 months of discovering a defect, and at most within 2 years of delivery.
5. Order & Contract Conclusion
The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment the buyer confirms the order by clicking “Confirm & Checkout”. From that moment, all prices and conditions are fixed for both parties.
